The veteran tactician who will lead his side against a stubborn UPDF FC side on Friday, May 12th, says it's vital for the tax collectors to have a solid finish to the league to earn a better position.

As the league hits its final bend, Sam Timbe knows precisely what his team should do to earn a better finish.

The veteran tactician who will lead his side against a stubborn UPDF FC side on Friday, May 12th, says it's vital for the tax collectors to have a solid finish to the league to earn a better position.

"It's imperative for us to win all our remaining games because if we win them, we get a better finish.”

“But that's not to say they will be easy games; they'll be tough starting with UPDF FC,” Timbe added.

The Tax Collectors who sit sixth on the log have an opportunity to finish fourth if they win all their games with a better goal difference since they're level with Arua Hills on 35 points.

A buoyant James Begesa is ready to face his former employers, and he adds that it will be key for him to help his side win.

"We are well prepared, and every game is important, including UPDF FC; for me, it's about facing my former employers but helping my team earn maximum points.

URA are winless in their three outings, managing a loss and two draws, while UPDF FC comes into the game after winning against Blacks Power in their recent meeting.

The first leg saw both teams share spoils in a 1-1 draw.

The four-time league winners face Blacks Power and SC Villa in their final games, while UPDF FC face Gaddafi and Onduparaka FC.
