Arsenal fought back to win 4-2 after going behind twice, and Zinchenko believes that is his team have learn a lot from believing in themselves from the game.

Oleksandr Zinchenko was full of praise for his team's fighting spirit in the comeback victory against Aston Villa.

Arsenal reclaimed their spot as the leaders of the Premier League following a thrilling 4-2 victory over Unai Emery's men at Villa Park.

Aston Villa went ahead early thanks to Ollie Watkins in the 5th minute, but Bukayo Saka pulled Arsenal level in the 16th minute. The hosts went ahead again in the 31st minute and managed to hold the lead for 30 minutes before Oleksandr Zinchenko equalised for Arsenal a second time.

The Gunners intensified their play and went ahead for the first time of the match in the 90+3rd minute of the game on an own goal by Emiliano Martinez. Gabriel Martinelli confirmed the victory five minutes later by scoring into an open net.

It was Arsenal's first victory after three consecutive league games without picking up a win, and Zinchenko lauded the way Arsenal got the win and added that it could serve as a lesson in believing and fighting until the end.

"From this game I would like to say two things,” his conversation with Btsport, per the BBC started.

“First we took an unbelievable lesson for all of us that we need to believe until the very end. Like I said in the past, this group has such amazing people, can achieve everything they want. 

“If we are going to keep fighting and keep believing. The reaction from all of us in the second half is a perfect way to go."

The Ukrainian was he thought the win could do for morale, and he admitted that there are many games still to play, and they need to keep going and fighting for their goals.

 "We would like to go in the dressing room as soon as possible but there are still a lot of games to play and we just need to keep going, keep fighting and keep believing we can do everything."

Zinchenko fired into the bottom left corner from the edge of the box after being teed up by Martin Odegaard to pull Arsenal level for the second time in the game.

The goal was his first in the Premier League after 92 games representing Manchester City and Arsenal, and the 26-year-old was visibly delighted about getting the goal.

"I’m so happy to help with my goal, but most important is to take the three points."

Arsenal will be in action next on the 25th of this month when they go away to the King's Power to face Leicester.
