Okello played 16 matches in his first season at Paradou, scoring once before adding another two goals the following campaign.

Uganda Cranes playmaker Allan Okello confirmed Monday morning that he is leaving Algerian side Paradou AC to end his three-year stay at the club.

The player is said to have travelled to Algeria to sort out his future, and it is now clear he has decided to find a future beyond the North African side.

“I want to express my gratitude to Paradou AC for the journey we’ve had together. After careful consideration, we have agreed to mutually terminate my contract,” Okello confirmed through his social media Monday morning.

The announcement might end the conversation regarding the player and the club, but it has now opened speculation as to what the next move is for the player.

Okello played 16 matches in his first season at Paradou, scoring once before adding another two goals the following campaign.

He spent last season on loan at KCCA FC, managing five goals and eight assists as the Kasasiro Boys finished second in the Startimes Uganda Premier League.

After his loan spell with KCCA expired, the FUFA Airtel Footballer of the Year 2019 was rumoured to be in talks with rivals Vipers SC.

His next move will now be the topic of discussion.

Currently nursing a knee injury, Okello has featured for Lango Province in the FUFA Drum Competition.

Having come through the KCCA FC Academy, the player remains a darling to the fans at Lugogo, and his return would excite them.

Vipers also remains an option for the Cranes playmaker.
