Saka’s message to critics
Arsenal star Saka took to his Instagram to hit back at his critics after his impactful performance in England's win against Switzerland.
The England international posted on his Instagram story a picture of himself celebrating and added a caption, “Blah Blah” to it.
His response came after Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand suggested to Gareth Southgate, the England manager to move Saka to the left-back position to accommodate Cole Palmer in the team.
Ferdinand’s suggestion was echoed by Arsenal Legend Ian Wright who also agreed that the winger should be moved since he has played the position for Arsenal earlier in his career.
However, Saka shut them all up by scoring a tremendous curler in the 80th minute against Switzerland to get England level.
He also went on to score in the penalty shootout which saw England seal a semi-final clash with the Netherlands.
The ‘Star Boy’s’ performance in the game earned him the Man of the Match Award and praise from English fans.
