Meanwhile, Sadio Mane has been rumoured to be married to a Tunisian lady but the Senegalese denied the report and insists he is still single.
The Liverpool Echo made reference to a story that was first published by Radio Mosaique FM in Tunisia and subsequently taken up by other media sites in Africa.
Mane planned to marry a Tunisian woman on January 5 and had asked to rent out the Stadium Olympique de Sousse, which has a capacity of 28,000.
Mane, however, refuted the rumour in a message on his official Facebook page that was translated into English.
"Dear all, it was with amazement and dismay that I learned of a supposed gala game that I should organise in Sousse, Tunisia, on the occasion of my wedding.
"I want to deny this information to the last energy. I have never sent or ordered a third person to speak on my behalf to the Tunisian municipal or public authorities.
"I would like to inform you that the supposed marriage does not exist and that all this information is wrong and unfounded.
“Personally, I remain focused on my work, and I would also like to inform you that all documents do not engage me."
Sadio Mane is now reportedly dating Melissa Reddy a 36-year-old sports journalist and a book author from South Africa.
