Luiz and Lehmann were reportedly the victims of a robbery incident in Turin.
A terrifying post-match evening turned into a nightmare for Juventus midfielder Douglas Luiz and his girlfriend, Juventus Women star Alisha Lehmann.
According to reports in Italy, the couple’s home in the Gran Madre area of Turin was broken into by robbers.
After Juventus’ 1-0 victory over Lazio on Saturday, Luiz had gone out for a post-match dinner while Lehmann was away with her team, preparing for their match against Inter.
Tuttosport reports that around 1:30 a.m., the couple received a devastating alert—their home had been robbed.
Upon rushing back, they found that the thieves had stolen 11 luxury watches, valued at over half a million dollars ($500,000), along with some of Lehmann's expensive diamond necklaces.
Police and forensic investigators arrived at the scene to search for clues, but the culprits had already vanished, leaving the couple shaken and devastated.
Lehmann and Luiz join growing list of Juventus footballers who have been robbery victims
This shocking burglary is the latest in a string of similar high-profile thefts that have plagued Juventus players.
Before Luiz and Lehmann, former Juventus stars Moise Kean, Kaio Jorge, and Ángel Di María had all been victims of home invasions. With luxury watches and jewellery often targeted, these robberies seem to target the extravagant lifestyles of footballers.
Lehmann and Luiz, who recently rekindled their relationship after first dating in 2021, are now left dealing with the emotional aftermath of the incident.
Their relationship, which has already faced its share of ups and downs, now has a new challenge.
