Valentina recounted meeting Enzo when she was 17, with the pair getting engaged shortly after.
At the time, Enzo was a 16-year-old reserve player for River Plate, and Valentina was working at an empanada restaurant while studying law.

She revealed:
"When we met, I worked in an empanada restaurant and studied Law. He was in the lower River and then played in the reserve team.
“When we moved in together, I changed jobs to a call centre near the Obelisk. “

The mom of two also recalled earning more than the Chelsea star at the time, and spending her entire wages on their relationship.

“At that time, I earned more than his representative gave him, we spent my entire salary, I had nothing left to save. And after nine months, I got pregnant with Olivia. I was 19 years old."
Despite her sacrifices, Enzo ended their relationship out of the blue, leaving Valentina devastated.

The Argentine influencer released a public statement on her Instagram story on October 30, to confirm they had called it quits.
Reports also suggested Enzo already expressed his desire to move on from their love story 10 days before she put out a statement.

"I didn't expect it. Everything was fine, and suddenly one day he told me that he didn't want to be with me anymore.”she said.

“There are things I still have to process, but that's it, I told him it was okay, that I accepted it.
“It may happen to him that he falls in love with someone else or what is happening to him now.
“If he can't give one hundred percent, the decision he made is fine, I can't do anything else.”
On handling the news of the breakup, Valentina said she cried for five minutes and then stopped.

Valentina revealed that Enzo offered her the chance to stay in their London home, but she chose to return to Argentina instead.
“Enzo offered me to stay in the same house where we lived and told me that he was going to rent another place, but I told him I would go back to Argentina for my family.

“Because I gave everything in that relationship and I don't regret anything, but everything I did was for him and for the family we formed,” she said.
Now settled in Buenos Aires, Valentina is focused on raising their two children. Though she admits that her love for Enzo hasn’t fully faded.
“I think love is still there because it is very difficult for it to leave so quickly.
“But I don't depend on a man or anyone to be happy. With the company of my children, I will always be happy."

Meanwhile, Enzo Fernandez has already been linked with a new romance since parting ways with the mother of his children.
He was first linked with Rosario-born singer Nicki Nicole, weeks after their separation.
However, Nicole denied reports of a romance with the Albiceleste star.
Most recently, Enzo was rumoured to have begun a romance with model and influencer Candela Arizaga.
Candela is the ex-girlfriend of famous Argentine singer L-Gante, who is currently dating Wanda Nara, the ex-wife of Galatasaray striker Mauro Icardi.
The pair sparked rumours of a romance after they both shared eerily similar snaps in identical London locations.
However, there is no confirmation that they are dating just yet as neither the footballer nor the model have yet to comment on the reports.
