While Kepa and Andrea are enjoying personal bliss, the goalkeeper has had a challenging time professionally.

Six years ago, Chelsea made headlines by signing Kepa for a record $92 million from Athletic Bilbao, making him the world’s most expensive goalkeeper.

However, his time at Stamford Bridge has been marked by inconsistency.

After struggling for several seasons, Kepa found form under Graham Potter but failed to secure the trust of Chelsea’s new owners, leading to his loan to Bournemouth for the 2023/24 season.

Kepa also spent part of the previous season on loan at Real Madrid, covering for the injured Thibaut Courtois, who formerly played for the Blues.

However, his performances fell short of expectations, and he eventually lost his place to Andriy Lunin.

This marked another frustrating chapter in Kepa’s career, leading to  his omission from Spain's Euro 2024-winning squad.

In the summer transfer window, Kepa Arrizabalaga, left Chelsea once more to go on a season-long loan at English Premier League club Bournemouth.

So far, he has conceded five goals in two Premier League appearances for the Cherries.
