Later that night, the Belgian superstar and his partner were spotted together as they attended the Manchester club to continue the celebrations.
The beautiful Michele arrived the venue in a black dress as she stepped out of the car with De Bruyne following on behind.

Following City’s successful title defence, Pep Guardiola and his brilliant team now be looking ahead to completing an unprecedented treble as they look to become the first English side since 1999 to win the treble, with two crucial finals against Manchester United and Inter Milan.
