The 30-year-old Argentine forward who is set to return to his parent club Paris Saint Germain following his loan spell in Turkey, netted 21 goals and created 7 assists in 23 appearances for Gala in the league.
Icardi is expected to hold talks over his future with the Ligue 1 champions as his current contract with the Qatari-owned club expires next summer.

Icardi is understood to have purchased the world’s most expensive car having uploaded a picture of himself relaxing in the incredible Rolls Royce Boat Tail.
The Rolls-Royce Boat Tail is a mid-sized luxury coach built grand tourer car made by Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.
As od June 2023, it is the world's most expensive street legal new car at N19.4 billion ($28 million USD).

The car has an engine of 6.5 V12 atmospheric and 563 hp.
The Rolls Royce Boat Tail includes 1,813 exclusive pieces, made specifically for this car.
The interior of this incredible four-seater imitates that of the stern of a luxury boat.
Icardi's Rolls Royce Boat Tail also comes with a portable kitchen and has several details in wood with stainless steel inlays, very similar to those worn by yachts.
It also features leather seats and curtains in the various windows.
Icardi took to his Instagram page to post a photo of himself in his new gift with the caption, "Futuristic".
This comes amid his separation from his wife and former agent, Wanda Nara.

The couple who are famous for their on and off relationship seemed to have drifted apart once more following reports that the Galatasaray forward cheated on his wife again.
Icardi was rumoured to have had an affair with a young woman named Candela Lecce amid further reports that he had resumed contact with popular Argentine influencer China Suarez.
AS reports that Wanda Nara, one of the hottest wives of footballers in the world, has confirmed via her social media page that her marriage to the Argentine forward is over.
"The rumour exhausted me," Nara confessed.
This is the umpteenth time the couple are separating amid infidelity rumours, although, Icardi has already denied the cheating accusations.
