Adesanya on why the fight was stopped
On Pereira knocking him out, Adesanya explained that it was the stumble after the headshot that made the referee stop the fight.
He added, "I'm trying to move my head, I'm like what it was way too soon yeah.

Adesanya on killing Pereira
The former Middleweight champion previously lost twice to Pereira in kickboxing events back in 2015 and 2016.
Adesanya since then was unable to get revenge in their first UFC fight but promises to make him bleed in the rematch.
He said, "I just kept him down the ground I beat him up and won that round as well but around four I was attacking I was beating him tagging him.
"I wish I pressed more maybe I wish I pressed more because I let him recover around four maybe I wish I took him down again I think if I shot again the other definitely got him down early before the fifth.
"I was beating him I was on my way to beating him there's that story there but I'm excited for this chapter.
"I like the way the story goes I made him bloody I made him bleed and can kill him
