Kamaru Usman explains why he walks back down the stairs
Nigerian-American professional mixed martial artist Kamarudeen Usman has stated he intends to have a violent return to the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).

Usman had previously defeated Edwards back in December 2015, via unanimous decision in Orlando, Florida, United States.
Usman targets violent trilogy against Edwards
Usman has stated his intentions for Edwards when they take to the octagon for the third time in the UFC.
In an interview with Sky Sports, Usman debunked rumors that he can only walk down the stairs backward.
Usman explains the decision to walk backward on the stairs is to preserve his knees not because he can't.
He said, "I don't have to I choose to right that's the thing is I'm smart I'm gonna preserve my needs so I can go longer you know.
"I could walk forward and sometimes I do if I have to but you know for the most part if I can go backward I'm going to go backward."
Usman in the other part of the interview explained that he intends to retrieve his welterweight title from Edwards through a violent method.
He added, "Of course me regaining my title but uh you know it's just something a feeling and a sense that I get is you know when I feel violent.
"I do violent things and um you know it's been a I can honestly say it's been three times in my career that I've really felt violent.
"I fought Sergio Marias I fought Colby Covington the first time and then I followed George mossford all the second time those are the times where I really felt violent.
"The best of Kamara Usman is dominant Flawless Victory making people look silly and that's what I like you know sometimes when I feel violent I don't necessarily want to be dominant and flawless.
