“I can’t wait to go to the Olympic Games…it means the world to me to represent Kenya. I want to raise the flag hopefully as high as possible and win a medal for Team Kenya,” she said.
The 36-year-old is currently at the World Championships sharpening her talons with the hope of making a statement at next year’s global event.
So far, Ndolo has managed to make a name for herself after winning silver at the 2022 World Championships in Cairo, Egypt.
She is also the 2019 bronze and 2017 silver medallist of the European Championships. This year, she competed at the African Championships where she managed to bag a gold medal at the Senior African Championships in Cairo, Egypt.

Before Ndolo went for the World Championships, she made it clear that she is representing Kenya in all her events going forward.
“I said it before, I’ll say it again: From now on out I’m doing it for Kenya, for all the brown and black kids in Germany, in Poland, and for anyone who identifies with my story. I’m giving it my all to show you that it’s possible,” posted Ndolo on Instagram.
