Chandiga qualified through a direct spot following his podium finish at 2019 All Africa Pool Association championship.

Ugandan hottest pool prospects Ceasar Chandiga and Ibrahim Sejjemba have flown out to China to take part in the World HeyBall championships.

Ssejjemba, a national seed four, sponsored himself but with approval from the Pool Association of Uganda.

“Talented shooters Caesar Chandiga and Ibrahim Sejjemba will tomorrow fly out of the country; en route to Quingdao to represent Uganda at this year's World HeyBall championships in China,” PAU announced. “The event is a Singles Championship without Team events, though individuals represent their respective nations.”

HeyBall, formerly known as Chinese 8-ball, is a cue sport discipline played on a bigger table using different bigger equipment and played with different rules.
