The men’s national rugby 15s side Kenya Simbas team captain George Nyambua has fired warning shots ahead of their Victoria Cup opener against Zambia in a match scheduled for King’s Park Arena in Kampala, Uganda.
Nyambua noted that the squad is ready to rumble and they believe they have all it takes to show their opponents dust.

Simbas will be facing Zambia in their opening Victoria Cup match at the King’s Park Arena in Kampala on Wednesday.
He explained that they are still building up from where they left after taking a short break after the Currie Cup and noted that they are also anticipating a good show at the Elgon Cup.
“For us, we are still building up from where we left at the Currie Cup. We came and had a short break and then went to camp again.
The boys are in good spirits and we are ready to take it from where we left. For us the journey continues because you know we are getting ready for 2027.
