Alexandra Ndolo has lashed out her frustrations once again concerning the Kenyan federation that has contributed to her missing the World Cup.
The 2022 women’s epee world silver medallist Alexandra Ndolo has called out the National Olympic Committee of Kenya (NOC-K) for letting her down one more time.
Ndolo previously lashed out her frustrations at NOC-K's 'lack of support' in an aim to develop fencing in the country. At the time, she revealed that what she received were empty promises and could not afford to finance herself as she sought to promote the sport in the country.

Renowned Kenyan fencer Alexandra Ndolo seeks assistance to secure necessary funding for Paris 2024 Olympics qualifiers due to unmet promises.
Speaking on her Instagram page on Friday, November 10, Ndolo shared her frustrations and noted that she will not be competing at the World Cup of the 2023/24 season since the Kenyan federation failed to show up for her.
The women’s epee World Cup is currently underway in Legnano, Italy and Ndolo noted that upon her arrival on Thursday, she received the sad news that no hotel had been booked for her and she was not enrolled in the competition.

It will be the first time Ndolo will be competing for Kenya on the global stage.
“I will not be participating in the first World Cup of the 2023/24 season. No Legnano for me. Yesterday I faced a situation I have never experienced in 15+ years as a professional athlete," said a frustrated Ndolo.
"I arrived at the competition sight and was informed that I not only had no hotel reservation but more importantly, was not enrolled in the competition.

NOC-K has pledged to do its best to support Ndolo on her qualification pathway for the Olympic Games.
She expressed her frustration since not competing at the event meant that she would not be able to defend her points and therefore her ranking would drop.
