KCB are set to lock horns with DCI.
The Paul Bitok International Tournament will draw its curtains on Sunday, April 9, as eight teams (four ladies' and four men’s) will lock horns in the semifinal and the successful teams proceed to the final on the same day.
In the semi-final fixtures, reigning national champions Kenya Pipeline will face off against former champions Kenya Prisons at the Moi International Sports Center, Kasarani Indoor Arena.
Kenya Pipeline have won all their matches and chances of trouncing the Wardresses are high but they could also be in for a surprise. The Oilers in their match on Saturday, won 3-1 over DCI (25-17, 25-19, 21-25, and 25-19).
Kenya Prisons go into the match after a disappointing show against KCB that saw them lose 3-0 in sets of 22-25, 17-25, and 15-25. That is the only match they have lost since starting their campaign. In their match against Nairobi Prison, they managed to secure a 3-0 win (25-17, 25-18, and 25-16).

In another match, the reigning African Champions, KCB will lock horns with DCI. KCB are unbeaten and they will be hoping to maintain the same momentum with DCI. Despite their loss in one match, DCI are also a team to beat considering they won a set from the unbeatable Kenya Pipeline.
In the men’s category, Prisons Kenya will face-off against Trailblazers as KDF take on KPA at the Nyayo National Stadium Indoor Arena.
In their match against Equity Bank on Saturday, Trailblazers secured a dominant 3-1 (25-22, 22-25, 25-21 and 25-19) win after playing a tactical match.
They go into the semifinal psyched-up. On their part, Prisons Kenya also go into the match oozing with confidence after successfully defeating champions GSU 3-1 (30-28, 27-25, 24-26, and 25-19) in their match at the Ulinzi Complex.

Other venues include the Moi International Sports Center Indoor Arena and Nyayo Nationa Stadium.
KDF in their match played on Saturday also stunned KAPU 3-0 (25-15, 22-18, and 25-20) and will be looking to extend the hot streak to their rivals, KPA.
Meanwhile, KPA are also not a walk over. In their face off against Administration Police of Kenya, they thrashed AP 3-0 in straight sets of 25-17, 25-16 and 25-13.
