The D'Warriors are topping the 2023 Mindgames Scrabble Premier League (MSPL) table after the first weekend of the championship.
The Lagos state-based team was the most exciting side as it topped the Division B table after the conclusion of Matchdays 1 and 2 at the Ibeto Hotel, where 12 teams engaged one another at the most glamorous scrabble league in the world.

D'Warriors finished as the winners of the opening weekend of the season with a fantastic team effort on Matchday 2. This improved their position on the Division B table.

The team finished with a total of 17 victories and 7 losses, while the individual players finished with a total of 70 victories from 97 games to finish first overall in the Federal Capital Territory.
The Anagrammers, who came in second with 15 wins, and the FPC Titans, who came in third with 14 wins each, respectively. Striplings finished fourth, tied on points with the Sterling Bombers, with 13 victories.
The sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh, and twelveth spots were held by Bayelsa Virtuoso, Airpop Falcons, Encore Flamingos, Great Achievers, Aires, High Flyers, and BSP Rangers, respectively.
The next weekend of Matchday three will be held on June 26 in Benin, Edo State.
