The National Police Service, in their newsletter issue seven of April to June, have lauded the efforts of sportsmen and women affiliated with them for representing the entity well and placing them on the world map.

According to reports the club will not take part in the 2023-2024 CAF Champions League despite being Kenyan champions.
So far in 2023, NPS has been able to register victories, especially in the athletics font and football font, and in their newsletter, they have been able to appreciate everyone who made their dreams come true.
They hosted the successful athletics championships back in early June and in the newsletter, they have extended a hand of gratitude to all the regions for showing up and making the event a success.
Moraa was singled-out for exemplary performances among other athletes who graced the occasion. “All eyes were on the current National record holder for the 400m race Mary Moraa of the Rapid Deployment Unit under the Administration Police Unit, as she put in a thrilling performance claiming first spot in the same race with Brian Tinega of GSU clinching victory in the men category ahead of William Rayian (Nairobi) who came in second place,” the statement in the newsletter read in part.
The newsletter also appreciated Omanyala for his exemplary performance since the season started. It also lauded the athletes who had made it to the national team for the World Championships in Budapest, Hungary, and wished them luck as they gear up for the global showpiece.
“Athletes from the National Police Service have for long been true ambassadors in representing our country in multiple continental and global events.
They have risen to the occasion by exhibiting skill, discipline, determination, and tactical prowess as they grace various tracks across the globe.
