Uganda is Africa’s sole representative at the championships pooled in group B with Japan, Wales, Denmark and France.
Uganda men’s national lacrosse team has departed for the 2023 World Championships in San Diego, USA.
The 26-man team left aboard Emirates Airlines on Friday evening and will touch down at Los Angeles International Airport on Saturday, June 17, 2023.
The team comprises 23 players and three technical staff that will be joined by the Uganda Lacrosse Association General Manager Brian Kwesiga, who is based in the United States.

The World Lacrosse Championship will be held in San Diego, USA, from June 21 to July 1.
