Aidan Dumuje-Abili of Grange School won the best overall swimmer award for boys at the well-attended ceremony after winning 15 gold medals in the U-11 division on his own.
Grange School, Ikeja, and St. Saviours, Ikoyi, dominated the Dolphin Swimming League.
The Dolphin Swimming League was organized by Dynapro Sports Promotion and Advanta Interactive, with support from Lagos State Swimming Association, Nigeria School Sports Federation (NSSF) and the Nigeria Olympic Committee (NOC).
In the fourth season of Nigeria's first private inter-school swimming league, Grange was named overall champion in the secondary school division with 1320 points, while St. Saviours triumphed in the elementary division with 1484 points.

Grange also won in the U-7, U-8, U-14, and U-16 categories. St. Saviours won in the U-11 category, while Children International School (CIS) won in the U-9 and U-11 categories.
Oghenemarho Mueller of Riverbank School and Osamudiamen Aiwerioghene of Greensprings School won the best newly discovered talent award.

Edo dominates National U-18 Swimming Championship
The event was held to choose the top athletes who will represent Nigeria at the upcoming sub-continental championship of the West Africa and Central Africa zones in Accra, Ghana, in August.
The best productive coach honors for secondary and primary schools were split between Grange and St. Saviours School, and CIS was named the most organized team of the competition.
Talents have been discovered at Dolphin Swimming League - Organizers
The event coordinator, Oluseyi Oyebode, disclosed that the competition has uncovered talents that have the potential to become global stars.
He said, “The award ceremony was organised to inspire students, as well as motivate the teams to work harder for next season. We are excited that season four has been a success and we are hoping that the tournament will continue to grow in leaps and bounds.
“We enjoyed the support of parents and guardians, who, most times, attended the tournaments throughout the season and we are hoping that more schools will join the upcoming season.

The private school inter-school swimming competition will hold at the Children’s International School.
