The Nile Special National Sevens Series will be heading to Kitgum, and bouncing back will be top on the agenda for the Yellow Machine.
Assistant captain Steven Kalema has pointed out indiscipline as one of the primary reasons for the team’s third-placed finish in round one.
“The boys are still in good moods and hungry for the next circuit,” Kalema said while speaking to the club media.

Stanbic Black Pirates, Kobs and Heathens take an early lead in the Nile Special Sevens.
“We were beaten in the semifinal by Kobs, especially because of many yellow cards and this circuit, we are aiming to work on our indiscipline,” he added.
Heathens scored through Aaron Ofoyrwoth and Nobert Okeny and looked to be on their way to the finals until a brilliant individual effort by Odugo tore the script to send Kobs to the finals with a 15-12 victory.
“We are heading to Kitgum expecting to reach the final and obviously win the final. That’s our main aim,” Kalema noted.

Kitgum will host the second circuit of the Nile Special Sevens on July 9th and 10th.
