As the rugby fraternity continues to weigh in on the statement issued by the Uganda Rugby Union regarding the Heathens, Kobs game, the Heathens have quietly moved on.
The statement, among other decisions, revealed that the score (19-12) stood, albeit with no bonus point for the Heathens.
"The score had a material effect in granting Heathens an unfair advantage of a bonus point, arising out of an incorrect decision of the match Referee," the statement read before adding.
"It is recommended that the match score/result should stand as awarded by the referee (19-12) so that we don't interfere with the independence of the referee in managing a game."
"The Tournament Committee should invoke its power and remove the bonus points accrued as a result of the penalty try that was awarded to the Heathens."
The statement added: "The Heathens had indicated that they were going to take the penalty as awarded, and the penalty was in a position that was likely to be converted."

RUGBY Kobs not satisfied with Uganda Rugby Union ruling
The Union admitted that the referee errored in awarding a penalty try and slapped him with a suspension for the rest of the season.
"Therefore, the Heathens were most likely going to win the game with 3 points. The result should stand at 19-12 to the Heathens. No bonus point awarded," Read part of the statement.
Heathens head coach Muhammad Athio remained light on the outcome:
"No comment, I have got no comment on that matter," he told Pulse Sports.
When pressed further, Athio added that the focus remains on the season's remaining games: "We are fully focused on the remaining games of the season; that's all I can say for now."
Heathens lead the 10-team log standings with 59 points after 13 games played; Matchday, 14 of the Nile Special Rugby Premiership, returns this weekend.
Kobs has already appealed to the tournament committee, with one of the critical pointers being having the game replayed at a neutral venue with a different referee.
