Ramsey Olinga, the head of technical at Uganda Rugby Union, revealed the reason behind the change in the kickoff time for the game.
"Yes, I can confirm that the kickoff time for the Kobs vs Pirates game has been changed from 2:30 pm to 4 pm," Ramsey told Pulse Sports.
"Because of the permutations involved, we have three teams vying for the title, and anything is possible."
"The day (13th May) and venue (Legends rugby grounds) remain the same," Oringa added.
