Saturday's 32-10 bonus point win over the Impis saw Isaac Massa captain the side to victory even when Ivan Magomu, the club’s captain was also on the pitch.
From want we gather, it is an internal club arrangement to give everyone on the team the opportunity to be a leader and take up responsibility.
"I would best describe it as a business continuity plan at the club, in as much as we have Ivan (Magomu),” Pitates coach Marvin Odongo told Pulse Sports.

RUGBY Pirates bury Impis at their own graveyard
The Stanbic Black Pirates wrapped up what can be termed a good week with a sponsorship contract extension and new kit with a 32-10 bonus point win over the Impis on Saturday in the Nile Special Rugby Premiership at the graveyard in Makerere.
“We also have many other players we want to take up responsibility by making them captain,” he noted before adding.
"We are preparing for the future; that's why we have different captains on matchdays; today (against Impis) was Massa. Against Walukuba in Jinja, it was Ivan (Magomu), so that's how it is."
For Isaac Massa, captaining the team is something he has always embraced, especially at this stage in the season where every game counts.
"I have captained the team for a while, Ivan is our main 15s captain, but I was the 7s captain for a while; the role requires you to always push the boys as Ivan does."
"We currently can't afford any slip-ups. We need to win all the remaining games with a bonus point,” Massa told this website.
Marvin Odongo's side have picked up 11 wins from 12 games played this season and sit third on the log.
