Saturday, May 11: The Rugby Super Series continues its journey, this time making its way to the South Rift City of Nakuru.
The first round, held at the RFUEA Grounds, lived up to its billing with two teams securing convincing victories to sit atop the four-team table.
In the early kick-off, the Menengai Cream Cheetahs dominated the Kabras Sugar Buffaloes with an 18-5 victory, while the KCB Bank Lions showcased their prowess by defeating the Faiba Mobile Rhinos 29-7 in the later match.
With these results, the KCB Lions currently lead the table with 5 points, having secured a bonus point in their win. Following closely behind are the Menengai Cream Cheetahs with 4 points, while Kabras Sugar Buffaloes and Faiba Mobile Rhinos lag behind in third and fourth place, respectively, with zero points each.
