Adrian Kasito opened the floodgates with a run from deep to touch down and give Tolbert Onyango’s charges the early lead.
Two more tries from Aaron Ofoywoth and a penalty try awarded after a Brazil defender’s intentional knock-on gave Uganda a comfortable 28-00 lead going into the half-time break.
Brail were an improved side in the second half and enjoyed sustained possession, managing to get a try in the end.
Uganda put the icing on the cake with a set piece try by Nobert Okeny.
The African champions swang the ball after a line-out and found Okeny to touch down in the left-hand corner.
