Super Falcons of Nigeria star Ashleigh Plumptre has been the talk of the social media space in recent weeks.
The 24-year-old Plumptre recorded impressive performances for the Super Falcons of Nigeria at the 2023 FIFA World Cup.
Although the Super Falcons were knocked out by the Lioness of England, Plumptre in the World Cup round of 16, Plumptre is set to make a massive step up in her club career.

Before the start of the World Cup, Plumptre departed Leicester City Women after her contract at King Power Stadium expired.
Plumptre made a total of 23 appearances for City in all competitions in 2022–2023.

Plumptre, who recently gave her thought process on the Naija Spirit after the World Cup exit is now set for a change of Club.
In an interview with Channels Television, Plumptre detailed the consideration in selecting her new team.
She said, "Nothing's been released yet about my next Club.
"I wanted to um not have a distraction while I was at the World Cup.
"I wanted my full focus on that but yeah in the coming weeks um it will be released soon.
"I'm really excited I feel like um I've chosen somewhere that aligns with it always has to come down to this for me like it has to align with who I am as a person.
"I have to know about what the values are of the environment and the people that I'm playing for.
"Obviously I can't say yet but I'm really looking forward to a new challenge."
Based on speculation on social media, there are reports that Plumptre, who went viral after photos of her 'Yoruba' family members surfaced on social media, is set to join giants Manchester United women.
