Chelsea star Ben Chilwell made the headlines months ago following his decision to end his relationship with Australian model Cartia Mallan.
Pulse Sports reported that the 26-year-old Three Lions of England defender and the 24-year-old Australian model ended their relationship just three months after they publicly confirmed their relationship on Valentine's Day this year.
The 26-year-old Chelsea left back posted a photo of himself kissing his partner on the cheek in what appeared to be a restaurant or bar, accompanied by the caption 'recently'.
