Dani Alves is currently in temporary detention at Brians II prison after he was accused of rape by a 23-year-old lady.

The 40-year-old former Barcelona right-back continues to appeal for his release on bail while an investigation into the case continues.

However, the prosecutors office remain opposed to his temporary release due to risk of flight as well as his economic muscle.
Joana Sanz hits out at the media amid rumours of an affair with Achraf Hakimi
Last week, multiple outlets reported that Joana Sanz, 29, was alleged to have met with PSG defender Achraf Hakimi in a nightclub in Spain.

Hakimi who is currently charged with rape has also been in the headlines over his divorce from Hiba Abouk.
But reports from Spain suggested that Dani Alves’ estranged wife who has since declared her intention to divorce the footballer, met with Hakimi, 24.

Sanz already debunked the reports on social media insisting she had never met the Moroccan neither did she know who he was.
However, the Tenerife model took to her social media page yesterday to express her frustration with the media and paparazzi who have approached her in her home in Spain.
‘I mean, really, I don't know what else you want from me’ Sanz began in a video she uploaded on her Instagram story on Monday.
‘You are overwhelming me, I really don't know what to do, how to react, because whatever I do, this doesn't stop, I mean, why do you have to wait for me outside?’
I have said it a lot of times in my house that I don't like that. I feel bad that this is very psychopathic, that a person from someone else stands guard or waits for you outside the door of your house, that is, this time they have waited a little higher from my house.
I tried to hurry to enter and they came running….What are they doing? Why are you running? How do you want me to react?..that is, I had to close the door practically in front of the camera that you were going to get into my house too.
‘I mean, please, you are crossing the limits. This is not journalism, gentlemen.’ she concluded.
Amid Dani Alves’ sexual assault scandal, the Tenerife model has constantly debunked rumours about her future after publicly separating from her husband.
However, she maintains that she still loves her imprisoned husband and recently echoed this by sending him a heartwarming birthday message when he turned 40 more than a week ago.
