“My son has brought me out tonight…he is obsessed with soccer and I would do anything for my babies. I travel the world with them and we do soccer trips," she said.
"This whole season we are going to travel to different exhibition games. He is so excited to see Messi…it absolutely had to be Messi."
She added that she is a huge fan of football and she loves seeing her son also following football. She revealed that she played soccer for about five to six years, as a goalkeeper and centre forward, and she was pretty good at it.
“I played soccer for like five or six years…It wasn’t bad. I loved it and I’m glad that my boy loves it too. We can come and hang out and that feels so good…I love seeing him excited,” she said.
Kim was among a host of celebrities who turned up to watch Messi on his debut with tennis icon Serena Williams and NBA legend LeBron James among them.
The Argentine superstar did not disappoint as he curled in a brilliant freekick to hand Inter Miami a late winner in the contest to send the full stadium into delirium.
