According to Chelsea fans, Mikel was not professional in addressing the issue and deserved 'shut up' by Nicolas Jackson.
The Reds back from the international break did it the hard way to go back on top of the standings.

In the 29th minute, Mohamed Salah stepped up and gave Liverpool the lead from the penalty spot.
But two minutes after the interval, Nicolas Jackson burst free and coolly tapped past Kelleher after being sent in by Moises Caicedo to bring Chelsea back level.
The celebration was short-lived for the visitors, as Salah found Jones and set him up for his first league goal of the season putting Liverpool back in front.
Late in the game, the visitors had a few opportunities to tie the score, but players like Veiga and Christopher Nkunku were unable to take advantage, and the Reds held on to go one point clear at the top of the table.

After the big game, fans took to social media to react to the talking points.
Nicolas Jackson scored again and fans were quick to remind Super Eagles of Nigeria legend Mikel Obi that he deserved to be dragged for his comments earlier in the season.
However, the game's major talking point was a potential red card for Chelsea defender Tosin Adarabioyo.
Adarabioyo was the last defender as Diogo Jota was brought down when through on goal.
The match official John Brooks decided to caution Adarabioyo with a yellow card.
The decision has now sparked a debate on social media as Arsenal fans are now involved.
Fans of the Gunners believe that Adarabioyo should have been sent off just as their defender William Saliba was for a similar situation in the loss to Bournemouth.
After that game, the Gunners fans blamed PGMOL boss Howard Webb but now are furious with the inconsistencies with officiating.
