The construction of the Twinbrook Sports Academy and Skilling stadium is already underway.
The complex will be a 5000 seater, with the capacity set to be gradually increased, according to a statement from the proprietors.
"Construction of our 5000 seater (the capacity will be gradually increased) artificial turf stadium ongoing."
The facility will have washrooms, dressing rooms for officials, home and visiting team.
