American sprinters Sha’Carri Richardson and Christian Coleman have seemingly confirmed their relationship following their latest romantic social media post.

US printers Sha’Carri Richardson and Christian Coleman appear to have all but confirmed their relationship having posted a picture of themselves together at the Night of Legends.

The two shared a clip of themselves getting cozy at the USATF awards gala in Orlando, Florida on Saturday, seemingly ending speculation over the status of their relationship that has been kept under wraps for over a year.

In the clip, the two lean on each other and smile at the camera while another clip has them holding hands in a lovey-dovey manner at the event that feted America’s finest athletes with Gabby Thomas and Grant Holloway crowned the USATF athletes of the year.

Richardson has been giving hints of her relationship with Coleman in recent weeks, having gone on vacation together in Mexico last month before she was spotted wearing his necklace. A few days later, she posted a backshot of the two of them attending a sports event but the latest one all but confirms the rumours.

The two sprinters started going out during the 2023 World Championships in Budapest, Hungary, when they were spotted on a night out, and since then, they have supported each other at various events.

Richardson was even in Jamaica early this year to support her man at the Jamaica Invitation in Kingston when he featured in the 200m race while she was not among the participants.

This was after gracing the Millrose Games as a fan when it was later realized that she attended to support Coleman who was a participant.

If indeed this is the confirmation, then the two will join the growing number of track and field couples, following in the footsteps of Olympics 100m champion Noah Lyles and his fiancé Junelle Bromfield, as well as Olympics long jump champion Tara Davis-Woodhall and her Paralympics husband Hunter Woodhall.
