The Super Eagles players are now getting ready for the upcoming tournament.
The Super Eagles official social media platforms showed off a video to hype up the fans.
The video has a caption that talks about the revered heat in Abu Dhabi.
Along with the video was a message that said, "All work, no play in the heat of Abu Dhabi."
In the video, Victor Osimhen, Samuel Chukwueze and Ademola Lookman all put the ball in the back of the net.
Super Eagles release Let's Do It Again by Majeed as 2024 AFCON Theme Song
The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) revealed the new Super Eagles 2024 AFCON Theme Song on Saturday, January 6, 2024.
The video is on the official YouTube Platform of the NFF named NFFTV.
The song was performed by Nigerian Afropop singer and songwriter Ekeh Chiaka Joseph known professionally as Majeeed.
It was produced by Femi Dapson and Directed by AbdulRasaq Babalola.
The Super Eagles Nigeria, three-time Africa Cup of Nations winners claim they would use the rallying cry "Let's Do It Again" to help them win a fourth championship in Cote d'Ivoire early in 2019.
Nigerian criminologist, model, and reality TV star Ilebaye Precious Odiniya also known as Baye or Gen-Z Baddie has joined the Super Eagles brand for the upcoming AFCON campaign.
The campaign has since gone viral as the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has recruited Nollywood star Iyabo Ojo to model the new merchandise.
Super Eagles to prepare for AFCON in Abu Dhabi
All 25 players will fly into Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, for a one-week training camp that will run until Tuesday, January 9.
On Tuesday, January 9, the team will return to Lagos by air, and on Wednesday, January 10, they will arrive in the Ivorian capital, Abidjan.
In their pursuit of a fourth continental championship, the Super Eagles will play their opening Group A encounter on Sunday, January 14, against Equatorial Guinea.
They will then play their remaining matches against the host nation, Cote d'Ivoire, on January 18, and Guinea-Bissau on January 22.
Nigeria, who will be competing in the Africa Cup of Nations for the twentieth time, won the competition in 1980 while serving as hosts.
In 1994, they triumphed in Tunisia, and in 2013 they were named champions in South Africa.
