Plumptre earlier this off-season signed for Saudi Arabian side Al Ittihad Ladies after her departure from Leicester City.
The defender played at the England U23 level but has since become a member of the Super Falcons and featured as they lost on penalties in the last 16 of the Women's World Cup this summer.
In an advanced position, Plumptre would wreak havoc for Al-Ittihad as they dismantled Eastern Flames 3-0 in a Saudi Arabian Women's League opener played on Saturday, October 14, 2023.
Plumptre scored all three goals from different positions for Al-Ittihad in her debut against Eastern Flames.
Plumptre opened the flood gates in the 28th minute lashing a left-footed shoot after a corner rebound.
Al-Ittihad went to the break with the lead and in the 60th minute, Plumptre had her second of the game pouncing on a corner with her left foot.
The third goal to complete the hattrick buy Plumptre came in the the 66th minute as she bent in a cross past the goalkeeper.
It was a perfect game for Plumptre, as she received the match ball and was named Al-Ittihad Player of the Match.
It was an incredible outing for Plumptre as rose to the top of the trends after missing out on the Super Falcons of Nigeria list for the upcoming Olympic qualifiers against Ethiopia.
