Three-time Olympic and 10-time world champion Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce has exposed the fuel to her rocket speed.

In a Facebook post, the Jamaican sprint icon casually revealed her favourite foods and, perhaps, the ingredients to her excellent athleticism.

She revealed after her missing luggage from a flight was delivered, noting that her mind was preoccupied with her delicacies.

"When the airline finally delivers my missing luggage four days later and di first ting mi check fah is mi pepper sauce, corn beef and Vienna sausage!" She posted.

According to Healthline.com, Fraser-Pryce's choice of diet is very healthy.

Corned beef and Vienna sausage are excellent sources of protein, vitamin B12, and iron, enabling the body to make healthy red blood cells.

At the same time, Peppa sauce is low in cholesterol and rich in antioxidants. So it is safe to say the cheat code for a sprinter's diet is out!

The reigning world 100m champion has been enduring a difficult season.

First, she pulled out of the Kip Keino Classic in Nairobi, Kenya, due to an injury last week.
