As the KCCA Ladies Volleyball team presented their National League trophy to the powers that be at City Hall on Thursday, there were some familiar faces in the audience.
And some left more questions than answers as the public wondered in what capacity they were attending the function.
The victorious ladies had a trophy parade from MTN Omondi Stadium before settling in for a luncheon and interaction with the city Lord Mayor, Erias Lukwago and Executive Director Dorothy Kisaka.
Amongst those invited for the celebrations were members of the KCCA men’s team led by head coach Alex Mugoda.

KCCA ended the regular season in seventh place after a 7-11 record and has eyes on improving to compete with the best in the country next season.
Whether Tumukunde and Apunyo are the first pieces to be captured by the Kasasiro Boys in the transfer market, only time will tell.
